MT Højgaard Danmark has entered an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in foundation specialist Nordisk Fundering A/S. The transaction, valued at DKK 52 million including a DKK 16 million earn-out, remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The enterprise value of the acquisition is DKK 52 million, which includes a DKK 16 million earn-out payment.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2026, pending approval from competition authorities.
