Auroora Group Plc has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Coating Source Oy, a Finnish importer of roofing paints and coatings. The deal adds a new product area to Auroora's Industrial Products and Services segment, leveraging Coating Source's EUR 6 million annual revenue and established contractor network. Founder Timo Bygdén will retain a minority stake and continue as Managing Director to oversee the company's next growth phase.
Auroora aims to capitalize on the aging Finnish building stock and the resulting demand for roof maintenance, integrating Coating Source's profitable operating model into its Industrial Products and Services segment.
